Giving a little back…

January 2019…and what a way to start the new year.

Each year, Rookery Farm Packing donate plants to Break. Break is a charity that supports vulnerable children, young people and families across East Anglia. Break’s core business is the provision of children’s homes for Looked After Children in their home Local Authority. Break has six mainstream children’s homes in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire and a Therapeutic Fostering Service offering single placements to traumatised young people.

This year with the help of Rookery Farm, we help to raise £850.00 for proceeds from our plant donations in 2018.

It’s christmas time..

December saw a very busy year and season come to a end, and what a way to end the year than with a annual christmas party, and this year did not disappoint. Dressed up to the nines everyone enjoyed a 3 course christmas meal, drinks, secret santa presents and a Abba tribute band for entertainment.

A big thank you must go to David and Elaine Robinson for treating everyone that evening after they could not make it themselves through sickness. Everyone had a fantastic evening and enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

Baby Robinson Competition!

Both Rookery Farm Directors, David & Elaine Robinson were extremely proud to announce they were going to become grandparents at the end of 2018.

A competition was run internally amongst staff to guess Baby Robinson’s sex, weight and delivery date. The winner of the competition was Georgiana who correctly guessed the sex of Baby Robinson as a girl, was correct with her weight of 7 lbs 7 ozs and was the closest to the delivery date with her guess of the 9th December.

Baby Robinson, as she is now known as Francesca Rae Robinson, arrived on Friday 7th of December. Both mum and daughter are doing well.
